How would you like to impact the world?

My mission is to help ambitious students find high performance, self-confidence, passion, flow, higher purpose and tribe - the attributes of happiness.

I grew up in a middle class family in Italy as an only child. Although I was much loved, my mum had psychosis. At the time, mental health was not talked about but rather swept under the carpet. My dad focused on his career, not because he was insensitive, but because it was his way to care for us.

I was a straight As student, I went to a fancy private university, went on exchange, did my first Master's degree in London, and yet I don't feel I was given the best tools to succeed in life. I still see that most of today's ambitious students are not taught evidence-based practices on how to succeed in life.

I feel strongly that the following topics should be part of the school curriculum: self-awareness, happiness, dealing with adversity, watching and changing our thoughts, emotional awareness and control, research into personal interests, social skills, financial literacy and more. Until then, I help teens, young adults and their parents become the best version of themselves, achieving at the highest standards, and feeling the emotions they have chosen to feel.

My life has been fun and varied. I could say I have had many lives, in different countries and different fields. I have lived in Italy, Belgium, the UK, Papua New Guinea and Australia and I have worked in the Financial Markets, Foreign Affairs and Coaching. I have Masters in Diplomatic Studies and in Applied Neuroscience. I have volunteered for primary health care organisations, biodiversity conservation and Surf Lifesaving. I have written 3 books, but published only 1. All this gives me a wide range of knowledge that i can share with parents and teens. Here are some opportunities I looked for and grabbed in my life:
